  • The BEYOND program spans over several months with a combination of in-person modules, online coaching sessions, and masterclasses.

  • This program is meant for start-up and scale-up People leaders, with an end-to-end responsibility for the People & Culture domain, like a Head of People & Culture or a VP People. To ensure everyone gets the most out of the program and learns from their peers, we'll have a brief 1:1 intake with everyone after sign-up. This allows us to group individuals with similar levels of work experience together.

  • The in-person sessions consist of interactive workshops, group discussions, and hands-on activities. Online masterclasses and coaching sessions are done via Zoom.

  • We ask you attend the modules and masterclasses, including some pre-work so you get the most out of the sessions. The program is designed to accommodate busy schedules.

  • The program is specifically tailored for People leaders. However, if you are, for example, a COO with responsibility for the People domain, you are more than welcome to apply.
